PRICE NOTES: The prices are for the TOTAL rental of the villa/apartment per week and are inclusive of gas, water, electricity and bed linen/towels change and cleaning between lets. Bath and hand towels are provided for use in the villa only. Towels for swimming or the beach are not supplied.

THERE ARE NO HIDDEN EXTRAS.

BOOKING NOTES: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking, with the balance due 2 months before the start of the holiday. To reserve your weeks, please phone, fax or e-mail and they will be held while your cheque clears.
A security deposit of £200 will be required with the balance and will be returned upon receipt of the keys and confirmation from our manager that everything is in order.

N.B. No pets are permitted.

CHANGEOVER DAY: We are completely flexible concerning arrival and departure days. The villa will be available from 4.00pm on your day of arrival and visitors are requested to depart no later than 10.00am on day of departure to permit servicing of the villa for the next visitors.
