Casa Almendra is a beautifully maintained traditional Spanish villa located in a quiet residential area just outside the pretty Spanish village of Orba.

Surrounded by delightful mountain, valley and village views, the villa is within a short stroll of local restaurants, pavement café bars, shops and village life. Set in a large mature garden with orange, lemon and olive trees, you can choose from an array of patios and terraces for all day sunbathing. You will also have your own private pool with sun loungers and barbecue.

There are many local attractions, including the beaches of Javea and fishing port of Denia. For those who like to shop in the informal surroundings of local markets there are many to choose from. For the golfers there are several nearby courses.

The villa comprises two levels, the upper accommodates up to 4 people and on the ground floor there is a self-contained apartment which sleeps 2/4. Plus a cot available for tiny visitors.

On the upper level a covered terrace leads onto spacious lounge, dining room, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio, one twin bedded room and separate bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. An internal staircase connects to the lower apartment which consists of a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, lounge, dining conservatory and fully fitted kitchen.
